1 for 7 reverse stock split. meeting to be held on 5/13/98. earnings out in about 3 weeks expect 10% increase over 2nd. qu. wmt will take about 500 more fryers over next 18 mo. Hope to have just over 60 ind. dealers for fryers in a few mo. They will put them in well defined locations. 8 guns to China will be shipped fromCA. by the 4th of this month. other 3 in june. working with epa for test in this country. not sure when it will be yet. Schlegel and Lea off board(good). replaced with Sammy Lin (head of co. China operation).
