Food for thought:
1. HRZG Still buying

2. Holders of the convertible subordinated debentures received a
$7 warrant to extend. IMO they have shorted the stock earlier
to lock in their profits. Started when the stock moved on MSFT
news. Those warrants are callable when the stock trades 5 days over 14. If this happens then the warrant holders will have to fork out $6 million to WAVO soon. This also accounts for the short position staying in the range. Orig. shorts covered already and the new shorts will have to convert their warrants. Good for WAVO

3. Stock went through resistance of 13. Next level 15. $6 and $7 and perhaps $8 stock might want to peel profits.

>>"I wonder how that Barney promotion with MSFT this past Christmas turned out...<g>."<<

I had to buy one!

Just kidding!

I STILL HATE BARNEY.

I am liking WAVO a whole lot more lately and I don't think the rise is due to anything other than WaveTop, Microsoft and Windows 98. Remember back when David Deeds was buying below $7 a share and we couldn't hardly get any volume at all on this stock?

Remember when Jennifer Schreier came on the thread and some of those with limited sense actually treated her badly? Well WavePhore and it's long term holders are being rewarded now for what has definitely been a long road bringing WaveTop to market.

Sure WavePhore is much more than WaveTop, but it's WaveTop that is driving investor excitement.

GO WAVO!

Regards, Jeff
