Those are questions any investor should ask. I've been through this thread - and all I have found was conjecture, a link to a stock promoters page, a link to the company page and some very murky press releases.
Intrastructure can mean a couple of things. There business infrastructure perhaps - but a lack of phone numbers and empty offices in Santa Monica. A telecommunications infrastructure - no mention of that?

Whoa, >go away<. Get real this thread needs some balance to make it worth following. If anyone is to separate the total irrational exuberance on this thread from the facts we need tough questions.
Investors thinking of buying now will be left holding the bag as usually happens on BB momentum plays.
If your secure with dgiv you can deal with it.
