I think ESV-based acquisitions are more likely to be small rather than buying large companies simply because ESV's stock price is relatively low at the moment. After the stock price runs up some, then maybe. But at the moment they can't get enough bang for the buck using their stock for acquisitions. I think Big Dog's idea of a stock buyback is a more likely bet. These guys are pretty value conscious and currently ESV looks like the best value to buy.
