Raymond,

LOR's Mr. Schwartz made all the call. LOR is the managing partner. QCOM is the sub contractor if you want to call it that way. QCOM is the one get $340 million to manufacture 38 gateways (infrastructure side). That is the reason QCOM and Vodafone had that technical trial.
