ORCL- Why is this happening?

Answer: The analysts like ORCL again.... the NC is the "alibi" to tank the stock for a day or two while they load up with your shares.... these guys know that ORCL is in their strongest quarter, that Larry is spearheading Application sales, that the DB sales are strong and they wanted cheap shares.... but how to get them? NC is their alibi.... but it is a mere drop in the bucket for ORCL....

Next: The analysts will own your cheap shares and will sell them back to you when the stock is much higher.... and after the upgrades....

Don't be fooled.... they prey on fear and volatility....
