I'm looking for a program or app that can screen real-time for tick frequency increase on selected universe of stocks, ie compare number of ticks for last minute compared to prior rate of last 10/20/30 minutes. Looked at lots of stuff, haven't seen that feature, should be useful to detect early breakouts. Easy to set alerts with price or volume, but never tick freq increase. Hmmm.
