The SEC recently sanctioned Presstek for violating the antifraud provision of the Exchange Act. The mess goes back to some Presstek behavior in late 1995-early 1996. Not having read the Presstek diatribes, I cannot state whether the opinions voiced by whoever was saying the stock was overvalued were scandelous or not. What pertains to this discussion group is that some pretty strong opinions have been formed on two extreme viewpoints, (extreme polarization). Because of that, conflict is bound to arise. Due to the extreme beliefs and unknown sanity of people on both sides of this issue, I've decided to just watch the insantity from afar. Although in the past, I had voiced what I thought were serious fundamental questions, at least I did it with style, and an occasional sense of humor. The discussion has degenerated into a bunch of schoolkids calling each other names. Anyway, I just wish all of you a merry Easter and happy Passover. Thank God none of you are equipped with phasers.
