"That does not mean, though, that Christians should not try to be understanding and respectful of other's belief systems,"

Could you explain to me how a Christian could respect a religion like Islam that rejects Jesus' divinty and lies about His Words in their Koran?

Could you explain for us how a Christian could respect a religion like modern talmudic Judaism that not only denies and repudiates Christ, but curses and spreads "jewish fables" about His Words and life in their holy book, the Babylonian Talmud?

I hope it was only a slip of the tongue or a silly desire to appease Mark for his approval, and not a core belief of the heart.

Every religion or philosophical system that denies and repudiates Christ as the Son of God who died for the sins of mankind is to be disrespected and not respected.

Any man who respects another man's religion that contradicts the New Testament, has no respect for Christ.
