Untamed Swuid, re Wonderware and Temps:
>>However, you have completely discounted the impact from sub-contracting and temp
hiring. The fact that TAVA will keep the employee count down to a sustainable amount
after Y2K is not relevant to the number of people that TAVA can provide and charge
for remediation.

Remember, TAVA has already said that it has a relationship with one of the largest
temp agencies, one that is standing by ready to supply resources on a GLOBAL basis.<<

I had not included this, you are right. Right now I don't have enough information even to make a broad guess at the potential this has for the bottom line. Anyone want to have a go?
I'll try to get started, these numbers are complete guesses, I will try and be reasonable to optimistic:

1 TAVA employee (knowledgeable, skilled) can leverage 2 temps.
TAVA makes gross markup $200/day per Temp
200 TAVA *average* full time y2k for 24 months again

Earn 200 x 2 x $200 x 500 days x 80% = $32 million, or $1.60/shr pretax

comments?

>>And you seem to be unaware that Wonderware itself is in the process of training 1,000 workers to use PlantY2KOne.<<

I am unaware... I knew they were doing some training, no idea it was on that scale. Where can I find the 1000 number?
