Jane- I was really surprised and shocked to read your post. Shalom has known many of us for a long time. He has maintained courteous relations throughout, and cared for us and our lives. He behaves with dignity and never compromises his own beliefs, yet manages to impart a sense of respect for others. Rather than chastising him for posting here and telling him his time is better spent elsewhere (with you?), trust his instincts. He is a far better witness with his sweet presence here than you and the fractious and loveless behavior currently being demonstrated at Ask God. I am frankly puzzled at the amount of time you spend obsessing on evil and spreading so little joy and love. You make Christianity sound like a faith of darkness and depression and paranoia. Please leave Shalom to follow the Spirit as he is led. He is neither stupid nor deceived and doesn't need your remonstrances.
