Papaya - if it is acquisition related softness, the major tanking (or rising) will tend to occur after the announcement. People need to see the fine print to decide if they pay too much, too little, or just right. I've no clue what's going to happen but its being weak with big volume concerns me. If I want to buy anything right here I would buy something other than ESV until the dust settles a bit. I'm not buying anything today. Big Dog - I did not pull the trigger on PKD. I pulled the order after my limit order did not get filled half an hour after open. The question is still open. Marc - one has got to validate if the large blocks are buy orders. Intraday charts may not be able to tell.
