Someone please answer me this: Do we WANT a big price run-up before the reverse merger? It would seem to me if FAMH is worth, say, $1.50, and AXTI is worth $3....that would be a major screwing, at 4 to 1...Somebody clear me up on this, please... Pablo

FAMH 4/3/98 Conference Call Recap: Started 8 minutes late. Replay # 1-800-222-9751 "Special Event Conference" Ira on the call. FAMH signed Collateralization Agreement. Myriad owed over $11M in back taxes. FAMH talked it down to $4.5M. $1M down and the rest in payments. (FAMH shares will now be taken out of escrow that were counted in float) FAMH essentially buying Myriad from IRS. Myriad over past 3 months has gone fromm 5,000 to 6,500 employees leased since FAMH got involved. ATXI real story: ATXI does not know what they are doing. $4M in hard assets $1.6M in cash 30% of shares owned by insiders FAMH purchased 5.09% in the open market, not for an investment, but to "put the screws to them" Ira will be in charge of the company. He anticipates selling the whole thing off. Anticipates being able to raise $3M in cash. The ATXI folks will have no board seats. They'll be out of there. Signed a Purchase & Sale for a small firm in Manhattan specializing in high-end banquet staffing. Another takeover in Phoenix in the works. Another takeover in Hartford in the works. Payroll financing. Pure profit. (One person inputting a few hours a day) FAMH getting into Workmen's Comp area. I got lost a little bit, but it looks like another revenue stream with very little expense structure. IRA friggin' rocks!!! Go FAMH Go BC BCfan
