This company has not been noted for playing it straight with investors, themselves (bonehead option play) or the FDA. You are 100% right but this outfit seems to have a knack for shooting themselves in the foot.

why not may. 5/11/98 is the final FDA desicion making dates vs. 4/9/98. do you know the differce between 4/9/98 and 5/11/98. which date is more important?
