.....You probably missed the Myriad conversation. Look above at the "RECAP" post for details.

.....The stock used for that transaction is cancelled, and out of the float (less dilution). The Myriad owners receive nothing (less cost)

Pablo, Ira's buying Myriad from the IRS. He walked the 11M debt down to 4.5MM, with only an initial 1MM upfront cash payment. He said that they will have 100MM in workman's comp billings alone, and that many bigger staffing companies are waiting to get in with FAMH, but haven't because of Myriad's IRS troubles, but will next week when everything's signed.
