Omnichrome: $2-$3 dollars per $100 is 2-3 percent. Take the low figure of $2, which is 2 percent, multiply it by $110MM, which gives you $2.2MM, take a 40 percent tax, that gives you $1.32MM, divide it by 12MM shares post merger that's .11 eps right there!

the workman comp deal. I heard offshore
and some numbers. The rest flew over
my head.

Regarding the ATRX deal...did anyone
else hear that ATRX management will receive
warrants for the merger? I thought the
warrants were going to the brokers?
