If there is a rumor, I wouldn't be surprised if it originated from this thread last night (I have a vague recollection of some loose takeover discussion). It's probably my fault. I mentioned I didn't think it was likely ESV would undertake a major acquisition while there stock price was down. That may have been enough to trigger selling in anticipation of my being wrong. Bottom line is it seems to be hard to find a good explanation for why the stock is so low. That's why I've continued buying. :-) Baird
