From the release... "In other company news, Steve Lair, CEO of Zulu-tek has agreed to sit on the board of directors of ZuluMedia. Kevin R. Rogers has now assumed the role of President and CEO of ZuluMedia, Inc." Sorry if this has already been covered but can someone explain the difference between Zulu-Tek and ZuluMedia? If they are the same company, why the need for two CEO's? Glad to see that the release has hit yahoo. Hasn't seemed to help the stock price.
