Gary, he he :-). Even if you take the low figure ( which is low from what Ira said about "bigger staffing companies" already contacting FAMH waiting to get in on the Workman's comp plans but waiting for the IRS thing to clear up with Myriad, after tax with 2 percent margin, you get an additional .11/eps just from this post merger on 12MM shares!

Now that we all know that:

1) Myriad is going to happen
2) Numbers are improving at FAMH
3) Atrix is done except the formalities and SEC approval
4) New acquisitions for positioning into another hot area - catering
5) Don't forget Morton

Who you gonna sell your shares to now for .70 cents apiece.
