Would that be that you bought puts, shorted-against-the-box, or did you short 2000 shares that you borrowed?

JF,

I have never done that, and if you wouldn't mind, I could use a little more information. If you want to take the private, that would be OK!

1) How does it work?
2) Do you get $ or spend $ for your position.
3) How much, which way?
4) Do you want the stock to go up or down to make $?
5) Do you sell your position before expiration?
6) How does that work?

I don't know what to ask!

Regards,

Ken

James,

>> I'm in! I have shorted 2,000 shares of DELL at $68.

That was a good thing to do. The best way to learn about a company
is the hard way. Enjoy the ride, we'll keep in touch.

Paul
