I see the merits of extending the date of the rights offering, however am a little perplexed at why they didn't have a longer date in the first place or extend the excercise date on the warrants to increase the attractiveness of the package. I would have thought that Pure Gold would be privy to knowing when news releases are likely with respect to the new kimberlite discoveries that may spark the stock. In any event, lets not get paralyzed in negativity over the rights offering. At the end of the day, there is an asset play reason to hold this stock.
