Raju, considering that SEEC's estimates are equal to or less than those for the last quarter, and considering it falls squarely into the Y2K tools category, I'd say you are right about being very careful with it. SEEC may be a good company with good tools, but so is VIAS and it's getting hammered on a downgrade. I'd be watching what Cruttenden Roth has to say about SEEC very carefully.
