You are right re future technology direction, but corporate world lags behind and likes savings with minimal investment (outsourcing). They also distrust their internal IT dept always asking for new budgets to upgrade servers, networks, etc. I believe there is a big enough market segment for them. The buyer may be missing the boat on their options, but these type of services do get subscribers generating guaranteed cashflows. This is what investors like.
