My broker told me that the company got draft financials today from its accounting firm and is working on the news release. We may see it later afternoon or next Monday. James

Greetings,all. Ijust got off the phone with Mr.Brody(correct spelling) who told me the financials (10K) will be released sometime next week and posted on EDGAR. Then they have to do a 10Q for '97, and then first Quarter '98 results. They have 45 days from the end of the quarter to complete those, so we're looking at mid-May. It seems to me (with my VERY limited experience in penny stocks) that positive news of any kind should get this stock moving i.e. anything that removes uncertainty about the company. BTW the gravel pit is located in West Hampton, Long Island, NY. I know I asked this before, but does anyone think the MMs are trying to accumulate shares before the news?
