I may vote yes, but I'm leaning towards no since I can't find any indication that they buy their own stock.

What we really need is a shareholders incentive plan :-)

Tom, based on current holdings of 10% holders + management, it looks like the float after the split will be a little over 1,000,000 shares. The MM's are gonna clean up on this -- the spread will be over 50c. Management really f###ed us. I just decided to vote no on the employee compensation issue (...not that it will make any difference).
