I'm at the point where I don't care what day of the week TPI announces a Y2K contract. I don't think there was a management "strategy" behind this one. They know the market is anxiously awaiting for these contracts to be signed, so they released it ASAP. I'm personally happy that they finally have a Y2K deal, and if their software is good enough for one city to sign a deal with them, then its good enough for the next city, so on and so forth.

This is only the beginning of more to come.

CW: I have been watching TPI for quite awhile and I know they like Fridays for press releases.
