I have been a long time lurker and have read many of LE posts. Until this morning, I couldn't justify challenging LE comments. However, Ira clearly stated that the 3 million cash would be from the sale of the vacuum cleaner division of ATXI. I do not wish to battle this point but to inform investors of the stated comments by Ira.

We have a good investment. Go FAMH.
