He would certainly be wrong if he did. Read the December SEC filing.

The $1 million in inventories breaks down about 40% raw materials, and 60% finished goods. I can't believe that hundreds of vacuums sold at once would fetch retail price. Big markdown. I'm wondering what the secondary market is for raw materials is as well.

Capitalized software costs ($204,000) is apparently included in Ira's calculations. Hardly strikes me as hard asset.
