BOB, I and my brother concepted Cardcall back in 1990. We have worked for nearly 9 years in this industry,. During that period, we have gone through many trials and tribulations, and have had many highs and lows in our dealings with a string of business associates. My responsibilities today, are to work to protect the DCI shareholders, in particular the Cardcall entrants, some of whom wish to exit. THE RECORD WILL SHOW THAT I (MICHAEL ZWEBNER) PUT THE SHAREHOLDERS FIRST..... when it comes to getting shares or helping them sell or whatever. My second responsibility is to help the existing board of management of DCI rapidly grow the company, so that WE ALL BENEFIT. Having differences of opinions is what democracy and freedom of speach and action is all about. It also brings out the best of us. People from ex Russia, East Germany China and a host of other countries around the world who escaped to the west, will be only too happy to tell you what it is like to live in a country ruled by a system different to that of the western democracies. THATS WHY THEY CAME HERE ! A public company in the USA, is governed by set rules and regulations and is controlled by sec guidelines. Any company or its management that may be acting in breach of these guidelines can be subject to investigation and or prosecution. Thats America... and the free world.! So lets be open and fair here, and if the Cardcall shareholders (and DCI ones too) are fairly and honestly treated, NO PROBLEM, but until that is the case, I will fight for truth and fairness to the best of my abilities.
