ROFLMAO Elderly? Unless he considers 1997 to be a loooong time ago. That's when NRC got 600 & NASA 100 ... brand NEW Pentiums ... that ALL failed Y2K compliance cause of bad RTC's.

It amazes me how often we read news articles quoting people who know NOTHING about what they're talking about!!

That article explains why we're in this mess and why
even after all the possible preventive measures we could have
taken, we're still in deep deep trouble.

It's just that kind of head-in-the-sand attitude that will
make things so bad. Those who pooh-pooh the problem
only add to it's inevitability.

I can't remenber another time when I've wanted to be wrong and feared so much knowing that I'm right.
