Volatility is still increasing to the downside. No sign of a volatility peak using bolllinger bands on bollinger band width. Support is at $16 even, but when it gets there, NSCP will still be on a moderate downtrend. I don't generally like to try to play dead cat bounces on the long side, but that's what I would expect it to do. There may be a possibility of a buyout, but I hear that about so many companies that I largely ignore rumors of stuff like that. I'm only interested in shorting NSCP down to $16 or on dead cat bounce peaks or at a good resistance level like $19 to be safe. This strategy worked nicely today with VIAS which has been on a nice downtrend. News on companies on long term downtrends is almost always bad news.
