Len,
Get with it..NAQ has to know what we are seeing, if they don't they will think everything is OK. I don't know if that qualifies as a complainer..I guess we all would wish that some financial restitution would be made or we would grandfathered into this rate for awhile as appreciation for 'hanging' in there..
