Congratulations on your one year anniversary, Citydi!

I spent 20 years in the restaurant business and I know what a tough unforgiving business it can be. Of course for those who love to work 80 to 100 hours a week, who love to fix the stuffed plumbing and non-working dishwashers, who love to be called on one's supposed day off and find yourself working---it really is a wonderful way to make a living.

Let's hope Naxos will soar---not sour.......and the day will come when you will dine in luxury at someone else's.

Congratulations Citydi.

Surviving a year in the restaurant business is a more significant accomplishment than staying in an investment. The former requires wit, grit and determination. The latter only requires thick headed stubbornness, which explains my career choices :)

Congratulations, this is a truly wonderful feat. Many of the restaurants I know don't make it one year out. Your determination is to be truly commended. But why won't you tell us where it is so we can come and visit?
