Pugs, if the $10 million goes directly to RMCW then how does this benefit RMIL since there is no merger yet? If RMCW has or will have the funding to complete it's facilities then why does it need RMIL. And, what incentive does RMCW have to complete the merger at this time if RMIL is not trading and they have the funding they need?

It seems to me that RMCW and $10 million is presently a separate issue from RMIL and short positions. (if the money goes directly to RMCW)

Somewhere, I must be missing a connection. Can you, or anyone else, fill in this gap? TIA

Pugs, your personality may get in the way of accomplishing good dd
when making calls. It is apparent some of us are able to get additional
and more accurate information than you. Accept it as fact.
DD requires establishing relationshipsand knowing what questions
to ask, and how. It is a skill you do not have.
