I think you are wrong! Non-reporting OTC-BB stocks will be sent to the pinksheets if they do not report! Every BB stock you own should plan on reporting. IMHO

To me, first, I want to confirm its book value. According to 10-K for 1996, they had a book value of more than $6. Second, I want to see their cash flow. Third, I want to know if they are going to become a fully reporting company. Last thing, I want to know if they had a profitable year. After all, we are investing in future of a company.
