Maybe this contest of this letter is correct. All wants to receive label as extensive as possible which does not always happen. Europeans are recomending aproval with almost everything what SONUS asked. They had exactly the same data as FDA had. I thing bigger problem is how big market place if for this stuff. All these stories about dogs and other problems were around for some time some people call it short stories. Lets did not forget what FDA asked and what did not asked. Finaly some would think that FDA would not want their hardball tactics to be to clear in light of european recomendation and their lost legal suit in which there were accused of favorite treatment of MB
