JK, Firmada has a $12 million line of credit with Bristol Asset Management in Los Angeles.

Go back and read the news release dated February 24.

I am a believer - notice Ira's emphasis on shareholder value.

Regards,

Kit

I'm sure FAMH has more than enough cash on hand to make the $1MM payment. The two deals are completely unrelated. Myriad in all probability will close by Wednesday next. Atrix timing is anyone's guess.

Be careful out there.

Here's some due dilly. The $1m to the IRS is part of a $4m purchase price. It is possible that things are rosier if the merged co. gets to keep the $1.6m in cash ATXI is sitting on and, in addition, gets the $3m for selling the ATXI business. But Ira did not clarify that. If that't true then:

NEW CO............. .36 EPS +
JUST ANNOUNCED WORKER'S COMP BIZ .125 EPS
ATXI PROCEEDS $4.6m ($3M price + $1.6m cash) .375 1 time shot
EXTRA MYRIAD BIZ (6500 VS, 5500) .?
1 SMALL ACQUISITION IN MANHATTAN .?
2 ACQUISITION INTENDED .?
PAYROLL FINANCING GROWTH .?
______

We are looking at, with no sweat, right on the table: <.60 eps>
with substancial cash in the bank.

Now, follow me on this, a market multiple of 25-30 for temp services--a hot sector--so let's use a conservative 25 and you get.....

25 X .60 eps = $15

And the kicker is it'll be easy. But, correct me where I'm wrong.

Maybe someone could do some projections on those eps elements w/ a ? above and tease this out.

How sweet it is.
