Hey Wayne, if you need some new questions to ask Jack (so you don't keep asking if we're there yet), I have a few... 1. Where is the $500,000 now? (Hopefully in some high yield, short term vehicle accruing some interest $$) 2. What's the status of those long term investors he was lining up? (Hopefully, they're the ones buying all those shares we've seen in March) 3. How many other "acquisitions" are sitting in the wings? (Hopefully we can get one acquisition every month or so) 4. Will he be moving to Seattle once the merger is complete and he is appointed IR/PR man? (Since WOTD HQ is currently in Kirkland, WA) 5. Are we there yet? (Since that's our favorite question) Relatively slow trading day...after all ALL the Bulls are IN, ALL the Bears are OUT, and ALL the undecided are on the sideline with money in hand waiting for the answer to #5.

In a recent posting, I expressed my opinion, that I felt that I am quickly approaching a time frame that I have to determine if I'm in or out in regards to my CVIA Investment Scenario! Then I went on to indicate that I had made my decision. ( Of course always with the understanding that everything is subject to change at any given point in time!) Now ! Everyone please understand that the opinion I expressed , was simply that , my own opinion! It was in no way intended to suggest or recommend that anyone considering buying, selling, or otherwise in regards to CVIA! But! In case I left it appearing vague , in what my personal plans were for what I feel is right for me in my CVIA Investment scenario! I have been long CVIA, from the very first time that I communicated with Jack and he indicated that he was going to work to the best of his ability to take the CVIA Shell and attempt to put some meaningful value into it, and in turn hopefully return some value back to the CVIA Shareholders!----I imagine no different than most of us, I have had my frustrating days, and days when I have second guessed my investment decision in CVIA ( especially since I have seen other Shares of Stocks that I also considered buying--but didn't, have watched as some of them have since appreciated significantly!).... My bottom line! I will attempt to remain patient ( I hope!)----and I will continue to hold and possibly add further to my CVIA Shareholdings ( as I did today!)---at the same time I will attempt to the best to my ability to keep a handle on the pulse of the merger/acquisition quest! Hopefully being prepared to act , as appropriate and necessary to best protect my hard earned investment dollars! So! There was my long winded BLAH! BLAH BLAH! basically stating that I am long CVIA!!! Best Regards, Wayne J.
