Laptev,
With CNCX focusing primarily on businesses with their VPN's, is cable as much of a threat as it is to the consumer ISP's?

I do not agree. I think you have not heard about xDSL. You can learn
more about it at adsl.com. xDSL is being backed up by
the industry giants like MSFT, CSCO and INTC. I personally do not
see any future for cable modems although they will exist for a while.
xDSL is technically superior and much more easier to implement.

It seems like CNCX is on top of DSL;

biz.yahoo.com

I believe this will be much more lucrative than current analog
line rates they are getting. CNCX is very well positioned.

Wuth its current market cap (even after the rally) and close to
230,000 user base, CNCX is still undervalued compared to ELNK and
MSPG.

I personally believe everyone of them (CNCX, ELNK and MSPG) will be
taken over by phone companies because of their established user
base if not for anything else.

Gokhan

have a short position in MSPG as a hedge.
