I don't think there is ever a GOOD reason why a company refuses to talk to its shareholders, or makes itself difficult for shareholders to contact. The only people who should be tracking this stock, IMO, is the SEC.

The tel no. I posted works. Talk to Don Rose and then decide. If you don't care for the company, so be it. But do not post on this thread to scare people. I have hold on to this stock for more than two years now, and I think it has a better chance of getting anywhere now than any time before. The company is in gold and platinum mining now, and has a potential to worth a lot of money.
