Yes, look at what a bunch of people behind computer screens browsing the net at work can do to increase productivity! MT I have a Ph.D. in Operations Management and I can tell you this "super-productivity paradigm is mainly horses..t." Human beings don't get any smarter because of computers. We still don't use more than 10% of most software package features. Squeezing 2-3% extra out of a large well fine-tuned system is mighty hard! reengineering (i.e., firing people) has its limits! pancho
