Is your real name: Randall Baker (AKA: Randy Baker)?

This is what several people were told by Mork, including myself. I just want
to verify who you really are.

If you are Randall baker. How come you are still listed on several companies
(private & public) BOD's directly tied to Mork.

Well the SEC, FBI and others have had this email for a few days so I will release it to the masses:

Riley G

PS. Puhrty is alleged to be Randall Baker (by Mork to myself and others). And Randall Baker is a BOD member of several of Morks public and private companies, along with being a registered securities broker!

From PUHRTY to a shareholder:

Dear XXXXXXXXXX:
You asked about the story between Mork & Zapara.
Zapara rented space from Mork about 1 1/2 yrs. ago. Mork was on the lease and couldn't get out of it, so he rented to Zapara. Zapara decided to share the space with a Broker. Zapara was supposed to be a hot shot promoter.
But, did not do a good job and is constantly being sued by the companies he has gone to work for. Mork got the idea one day to "short the pigs" as he called them.
He asked me to attend a lunch meeting with he and Zapara one day. This was my first meeting with Zapara. I had previously worked with Mork on some companies he took public out of China. He paid me a consulting fee for my efforts. On the day in Question, I had no idea what they had in mind.
Turns out Zapara had a lot of stock in OVIS. I had a lot of experience in the brokerage business, since I had previously owned 3 Brokerage firms. With my last firm I sat on the trading desk and knew a lot about trading stocks. Well it turned out they wanted me to short some of the "PIGS" that Zapara represented. At the time, OVIS was selling for about .30 share. Mork put money into an account in Canada and wanted me to short the "PIGS". Zapara said that OVIS was a dog and was going to zero.
He also said that if we got in trouble he would bail out Mork by providing stock to cover the short. Any profits derived from this venture would be divided between Mork, Zapara and me. I shorted 100,000 shares for Mork. The stock started going the wrong way. When it got to .35, I called Zapara and told him to provide stock to cover the short. He suddenly got amnesia and thought he could make more money by holding on to his stock. He quit talking to me and Mork.
When the stock went up to $3.00, Mork had to put a lot more money in his account to cover the short. It was then apparent that Zapara was now the enemy. Mork embarked on a program to discredit OVIS. As it turned out, it wasn't hard to discredit the company. Everything they filed was ridden with fraud including the fact that they had an operating garment factory. Every regulator in the country was notified and Mork filed a suit against Zapara et al. The suit is real and Zapara is still named in the suit, but can't afford an attorney to respond. After the stock stopped trading, Mork decided to cover the short position. He met with Zapara and offered to drop the action against him if could provide the 100,000 shares he needed. Well,I believe Zapara couldn't transfer the shares he had or he sold them. In any event, Zapara was going to contact his buddies, Morgan & Breton to fulfill Mork's wishes. At first Morgan & Breton were going to accomodate Mork. But, they changed their mind's and the suit goes on. However, Zapara think's he is now Mork's buddy. WRONG! Mork actually needs about 95,000 shares to cover his short.
I found out about AZNT through Zapara. Zapara said it was a "PIG" and I shorted a c a couple thousand shares. I later found out that AZNT is a good company. In fact, I flew to Las Vegas and met the company. I now provide services to the company. The stock is good and you should see it rise to about $5 or $6 in the next few month's. But, don't buy the stock until you have done your own DD. You can call the company anytime.

1-800-7AMAZON.
Good Luck.

Dear XXXXXXXXX:

The major short in AZNT is with Zapara. That happened in a rather strange
manner.
Zapara was given over 400,000 shares of S-8 stock and could not support the
stock as he said he would. The stock was recalled from Zapara legally. He
resisted but AZNT got a temporary restraining order against ZAPARA selling
any more stock. Several accounts that he had under different names and with
different Securities firms were notified by the Judge to freeze the accounts.
All of the stock and money was and still is frozen. A permanent restraining
order was issued by the courts. As far as we can tell, Zapara sold about 1/2
the position. AZNT is currently working legally to obtain the shares back
from the various accounts. The court will, I am confident, instruct the
Securities firms to return the securities at the next court hearing. Hence,
there is a short by default. The money is in the accounts and will be used to
go out and buy the securities. If Zapara is short money wise, then he will
have to pony up the money to buy the shares regardless the cost. If there is
not enough money in the accounts, then the brokerage firms will have to pay
for the stocks out of their pockets. Mork is not shorting AZNT. He is
involved with too many other things, including the law suit he has with
OVIS/RMIL. I am not involved with Mork in any manner, however if he wants to
pay me a consulting fee for any reason, I will probably work for him. Him
paying me is not likely. Mork is being kind to Zapara so that he may get
100,000 shares of OVIS from him and that is the only reason. If Zapara
cooperates with Mork, then Zapara will be released from the lawsuit. Any
other shorts with AZNT are minimal.
