What is your take on todays msgs on Yahoo board..
In summary they say that M&M are now gone.. and the ECO is renewing the offer.. I wouldn't be surprised if it is true, but I am wondering if the deal would be adjusted to reflect new revelations.???

This appears to be one of those things that never ends until it is obvious and there is no other alternative..

I guess that the sellers won this round. A couple weeks ago,
I was looking at the 10K and noticed that the operating cash
flow was negative, although the total cash flow was positive.
Does anyone have any insight as to why this is the case? I
will be the first to admit that my knowledge of accounting
is very limited.
