Bosco and Scott: I think BAY should lie, like @@@@,get the price up to $100, takeover Cisco, and then write-off the "error" as an acquisition cost. Victor

Hello, I sold BAY at $27 1/2 but am not averse to repurchasing depending on circumstances. I follow thread closely.

Regarding booking of revenue, if management felt an offer was imminent, it seems it would have packed all the revenue possible into the recent quarter to rally the stock price before negotiations begin in the next. Did it have revenue to pack? I don't believe it did. If it had had the revenue, it would have added it. After all, House had warned that revenue was backended. Turns out there was no back end except a few shareholders, though excluding institutions who dumped after a quiet little warning. My guess is those same institutions will be tipped off before any good news is released in the future.

I'm looking for lower prices for BAY especially when market corrects and I'm also looking for it to subsequently turn up abruptly when institutions are tipped as to better sales or new product or takeover. I'd also like to see more insider purchases by meaningful people.

Bosco...You are right, they won't exceed or disappoint on the numbers. The important thing is what is said about the future. I've been in and out of BAY three times and always made money. Currently hold 12K shares, all under water now, and am not worried in the least.
