I think that may be incorrect. As I remember, albeit thru foggy glass-pieces, besides a specific technological arrangement there also was some kind of equity arrangement. You should be able to find it in one of the filings.

Did you notice the big 18 month exit package for GJ? Or the 25% increase to $500K for the new CEO? Even more amazing is the 500K shares in one year for TH - that is big - a 1% dilution to future earnings. When TH gets the stock price back to $25, he will have had a $10Million year.

I don't post opinions, I only post facts with a little personal slant. They wouldn't let me have the FactBoy moniker if the facts weren't true, would they?

Individual investments that are less than 2% of assets do not have to be isolated.

In June 1997, pursuant to a Stock Purchase Agreement FDJA "sold a total of 526,316 shares of its Common Stock to S3 for an aggregate purchase price of $5.0 million. Upon the consummation of the Offering, the Company will issue an additional 307,018 shares of Common Stock pursuant to certain anti-dilution rights granted to S3 in connection with such Stock Purchase Agreement. S3 is also entitled to certain registration rights" (from FDJA IPO 424B4).

S3 filed a 13G on Feb 13 for these 833,334 shares or 6.9%, and it's about $7.5 million for its $5 million investment 10 months ago. It's a 50% gain but only 14 cents a share.
