James,

The informations(whether they be facts, posts, "facts"...):

(fact?) 1) Mr. Murphy had told us once that selling was from Canada.

(hunch) 2) CCHI holders are likely to be from Canada.

(fact!) 3) CCHI holders own millions of options for DCTC at pennies.

("fact") 4) Some CCHI holders sound angry and resentful and therefore may not care nor know what the future of DCTC might be.

("fact") 5) There is tremendous downward pressure on DCTC. As you mentioned, the MM's take the price where the orders are(for volume). The price went down, you do the math.

(hunch) 6) Pure logic. Think about how "tight" some of us on the DCTC thread have become. If DCTC were to get bought out, we would have an inkling of how many plan to proceed(sell out, hold...) If I knew that many were gonna sell the shares of the new company right away, I sure as hell would want to protect my investment to fix my sell price, hence SHORT!! I believe many large shareholders of CCHI planned to exit and realized they would cause price appreciation in doing so and hence shorted. I believe the shares become unrestricted in phases so we may deal with shorting and then selling for awhile.

(hunch) 7) Many DCTC shareholders came to the same conclusion I did and ACTED smartly on it and sold some of their holdings to add to the downward pressure. I am pissed at myself for not dumping my entire DCTC holding so I could pick it all back up at these prices as I had suspected this was going to happen. Hindsite is 20/20 but geeeeze...I saw it coming and didn't act on it so my loss.

vi

Hello James and Everyone,

I'm not done yet as I just can't leave this board without a few
more posts(GGGGGG).

I spoke to several people back when MJZ first turned on DCTC about
the possibility that MJZ was going to make a run at the company. The
more Mr. 1/2 truth speaks, the more convinced I become of that very
thing.

What would his motivations be in posting such ugly rhetoric
other than to drive the stock price down? It makes the company an
easier target. Investors become frustrated and many will look for
someone to "save" them.....in rides MJZ to the rescue. It's more
than just odd that during January while we were watching his
fingertips, he was possibly orchestrating the sale of DCTC shares
from his old CC group. Although he claims he was not personally
selling shares, wouldn't shares being sold under his direction be
the same thing? The selling of large positions keeps stocks like
DCTC weak and at the same time, sets the CEO for grumbling from
disgruntled shareholders.

Why is he bent on protecting his original CC investors? Are they
not now DCTC investors or is it that he wants to protect them
from the CEO chair of DCTC?

That's my take on the latest action.....more later so stay tuned(G).

Lou
