I'm not sure how much of a bounce we'll get from the (official) Seagate news. Isolated deals haven't done much for the stock price thus far. A deal with Intel would be more substantial imo because of their huge name recognition (am I off base in my congecture here?) In any case the real encouraging thing is that we are seeing an acceleration in the signing of deals. I think the word is spreading in the business world about their products and it sounds like the NASDAQ promotions are helping. How can you lose buying this stock right now? As I suggested before, if TSIS products become widely utilized by companies around the country, this will be huge.

I do not know the float; however, the total shares outstanding are supposedly around 23 mill. As to the financials, they were mailed out to the shareholders and, if you haven't received your package, I suggest you call Investor Relations at 800-388-5575 and ask to be put on the mailing list. I do not know why they haven't been posted on the wires. But I do know that we are not yet a full reporting company and, as such, do not have to report quarterly results. As you know, this last quarter showed a loss of $.008 (a big improvement over the same quarter last year). But it is still a loss and "my" assumption would be that they would rather wait until next quarter to post when they are strongly in the black. In any event you, and all who care, should call Investor Relations and request the financials and the investor package. This company is going places. All that has been holding us back is the shorters. As soon as we get rid of them, we should have the momentum behind us.

Loren - I am sure you are right about the "bounce" on Seagate. In truth, I am not interested in bounces since they go in both directions. What I am interested in is the entirety of the picture. We should be getting a lot more contracts and this stock, instead of bouncing, should start climbing... especially when we keep adding new clients. The significant thing about the Seagate deal, imo, is that Seagate came to us -- on their own - and not through the NASDAQ situation. So, in addition to the help we will be getting from NASDAQ, we are gaining recognition in the business community. This is very exciting. The potential here is limitless (again, imo) but I have been holding for a very, very, very long time. And I see it finally paying off!! I regret that I did not heed your advice about DGIV and missed an opportunity, but I thank you for sharing with the rest of us. Perhaps I will get another opportunity. In the meantime, I believe I have backed the right horse (and possibly the best horse) for the long term ... TSIS.

Off topic -
Rita - thanks for the message. I believe your information to be correct. However, I have learned not to count on anything until I see it for myself. However, I have every faith that we will see it ... and more!
