Other Chap, you've got it wrong again. Who wanted who? NETZ wants a Nasdaq listing just like it earlier wanted the Star Medical OTC shell. I don't see why you have a problem with this. It's a sensible and less costly strategy to get on the big board. Now, don't you think you've got to get this Hayton thing out of your mind, because it's no longer applicable. I could pull some people together to invest in NETZ also, but that doesn't mean I'm part of NETZ, does it? Unless you can show current and applicable Zulu-tek/ESVS SEC filings, company documentation, incorporation papers and whatnot with his name on 'em, you've got no case. Now drop it, will ya? It's obvious you have no tolerance for growing pains.
