A. Nelson: I have never owned shares of Nemdaco. I have, however, attempted to follow its progress. The price has fluctuated all over. Company management appeared to put together a number of deals that sounded promising. However, as a review of the 8-K filings with the SEC will show, all, or nearly all, appear to have been discontinued for one reason or another. I believe at least one manager left the company. I have no idea what latest project may be driving the price of the stock. I think a review of the notes posted on Silicon Investors will give you a lot to think about. I suggest, as part of your own due diligence, that you phone company management. I would consider this a speculative stock to be invested in with deliberate caution, if you decide to proceed. Steve
