Priscilla....The thing that intrigues me is this. What if Famh spikes
to 1-2 dollars before the merger and stays there ? There is no way Ira is giving up 4 for 1 at that point. He DOESN'T seem the type to give up that much ! No way. I think the deal gets re-worked accordingly with Famh's price. I don't think the 4 for 1 swap is in stone yet,so if Famh's value increases, we give up less.(I hope)

Priscilla,
I agree that I don't think we will see financials until after the reverse merger, but I think it has more to do with getting the most stock appreciation out of the release of the audited numbers. On the OTC:BB, the MMs will be able to manipulate the stock price more. If past history (is there any other kind of history?) is any indication, the MMS will be reluctant to let the stock price rise. They can basically set the bid and ask. On the Nasdaq, the MMs are regulated more, which means that good ol' supply and demand is a bigger part of the stock price, so will see a greater increase when the numbers are released.

In summary, I think the audited numbers will create a big demand for the stock, and the price will rise more if we are on the Nasdaq when the numbers are published. I think Ira knows this and that is the reason we have not seen audited numbers yet. This is smart, IMO, since I am looooooonnnnnnnngggggggg on FAMH.

Cheers,
Dave

P.S. Did everyone read the thread about MM manipulation and shorting stocks (if not, see link below).

Subject 19113

I wonder what the short position is in this stock? This may be one reason we see a heck of a lot of buys, but not many sells. Where do the stocks keep coming from? This also may be the reason the MMs are reluctant to let the price rise - it will be more expensive for them to cover. This also might be the reason the MMs have been slow to execute buy orders at the Market price.

WE NEED TO SQEEZE THE SHORTS WHEN THIS THING GOES TO NASDAQ!!!! WE ALL NEED TO CALL OUR BROKERS AND GET OUR STOCK CERTS. Of course, the shorting that may or may not be going on now is illegal. The shorting we will be preventing when we get to Nasdaq (and a >$5 stock price) will be legal. Either way, lets just all say SQEEZE?

Re:Financials. All I can figure is that Ira doesn't want the stock price to go up until Atrix deal is said and done. Like Cheryl, I think he is trying to get the best deal for us.

FAMH - charts

The 60 DMA has increased from .21 to .39 over the past 4 months.
This is a rate of about .05 per month. The last month it has
increased .08. If it continues like this over the next 60 days
to the ATXI closing, the price will be about .82; for a gain of
about 25%. or about an annual rate of about 150%. Not bad IMO.

However, others anticipate more than this.

I have updated 3 charts involving FAMH on my web space for
the price of 4/3/98.

FAMH with 12 DMA and 60 DMA.
FAMH with volume.
FAMH with 14 day RSI and stochastic 13,8,8.

The link is topher.net

The links to the FAMH charts are midway thru page.

Hope this helps

Collin
